For decades we have adapted ourselves to our machines: learning their interfaces, meeting their demands, absorbing their interruptions. Kybern exists to help turn that relationship around — toward technology built, first and last, around the people who use it.
We believe the most important quality of the coming decade's technology will not be a new screen, a button, or a voice command. It will be whether our devices leave us calmer or more frazzled. Getting that right — making technology unintrusive, trustworthy, and private — is the whole of our work.
